World of Dance Information PLEASE READ!!! FORWARD TO CREW
Hello World of Dance Competitors,
Thank you for your participation in the World of Dance, we look forward to
having you compete in North Americas’ Largest Dance festival on July 24,
2010. Here is the information you will need for the event.
Place:
700 East Main Street
Auburn WA 98002
Call time: 4:45pm
Pre-Registered crews go directly to Dancers
-Registration booth with your ID and tell them what crew you are in and
they will give you your wristbands to enter event.
If you have not preregistered online you can still register at event be
there around 4:30pm so you can arrive on time.
-NOTE: Crews arriving after 5pm may be subject to Longer waits. Please

Doors Open to Public at 5pm and close at 11:30pm
Battles Start at 6pm,
- World of Dance realizes that Dancers need time to warm up and acquaint
themselves with the venue to be physically and mentally ready for
competition that is why we urge you to be 2 hrs early in case of traffic
or any unforeseen circumstances.
-Digital Cameras are allowed for $20 per camera.

Battles will take place at 6pm, all the crews will be called at random to
compete. In the event that more than 16 crews enter competition an
elimination prelim will take place where each crew will be compete against
another crew and judges willl pick a top 16 to compete. The Prelim-Quarter
finals will be 1 round each person, Semifinal will be 3 round battle &
final will be 5 rounds. Judges will declare winner immediately after each
battle.
Judges will be judging round per round based on 5 categorys
o Dancing
o Foundation
o Power
o Style
o Execution
1 on 1
Battles will take place 7pm and be mixed in with BBoy Battles. Individuals
will be called at random to compete, In the event that more than 16
dancers enter competition an elimination prelim will take place where each
dancer will be compete against another dancer and judges willl pick a top
8 to compete. The Prelim-Quarter finals will be 1 round each person,
Semifinal will be 3 round battle & final will be 3 rounds. Judges will
declare winner immediately after each battle.
Judges will be judging round per round and will announce judging criteria
before the competition begins.
